One of my non-for profit organizations, Precious Dreams Foundation (PDF) teamed up with Facebook for their annual Global Causes Day. PDF hosted 4 simultaneous comfort drops throughout New York. Over 50 Facebook employees volunteered and help stuff bags, help homeless youth decorate and design their own pillowcases, and distributed comfort bags.
These comfort drops are always amazing. I had the opportunity to cover two events within the hour. Seeing the kids enjoyment was priceless. Being able to bring smiles and joy to these children brings and unexplainable joy and feelings.
